With his amazing wife Shawna by his side, Grant lives a life wholly committed to daily sweat, progression, and positivity. With constant heart and mental fire, the duo puts in up to 6 hrs a day in therapy, workouts, and recovery-based exercise normally exceeding 5 days/week. In the minds of Grant and Shawna, activity based recovery is the key to all things movement. Seeing daily recovery work as their jobs, Grant’s indoor office consists of gym workouts, Pilates, visualization, swimming, elliptical training, and powerful affirmations. As the athletic realities of yesteryear are the goal, Grant’s gratitude for his outdoor therapies (kayaking, snowmachine riding, hand cycling, and XC skiing) are as you can imagine, through the roof...
